It can take a few mins for the DNS to be picked up, and your device is probably caching now so I’d flush your DNS cache too if it’s still not working

Is there an ongoing issue with Workers builds? I can't deploy my app for the past few hours, keeps failing with Failed: error occurred while installing tools or dependenciesFailed: error occurred while installing tools or dependencies. The Workers build ID is a unique build identifier.
It's the UUID in the browser bar (for example, a URL would be dash.cloudflare.com/ACCOUNT_ID/workers/services/view/WORKER/builds/BUILD_ID where the build ID looks something like a398d794-7322-4c97-96d9-40b5140a8d9b).
This ID can help troubleshoot some issues with Workers builds so if you have a failing build make sure you grab that ID for the team to use.

I'm seeing the error "put: We encountered an internal error. Please try again. (10001)" when uploading certain files to a worker connected to R2. Retrying does not work, it appears to be the actual file contents that cause the issue, since other files work well. Have been seeing this for several weeks, so it's not temporary.
