I need help
I have extreme+ setting on but it gives me only 60fps I think it's because I was fooling around in folders and changed something maybe I remember touching active.sav file and after that no matter what I do nothing helps I even reinstalled pubg 3 times I genuinely don't know what to do now I need help

Please try repairing the game from the login page by selecting all available options. Next, adjust your device’s refresh rate by going to Settings > Display & Brightness > Screen refresh rate. Set it to the highest option available. If it’s already on the highest, switch to a lower option and then switch back to the highest.
Additionally, disable battery optimization for PUBG MOBILE by going to Settings > Apps > Battery optimization. From the dropdown menu, select “All apps,” find PUBG MOBILE, and choose “Don’t optimize.” After making these changes, restart your device and launch the game again.
If the issue persists, try removing PUBG MOBILE from your Game Space and then reopen the game....

In the screenshot your having Extreme+ in the lobby, did you select the same for Combat?
