Fix this Issue

I got a ban rn for two months stating "circuvemting matchmaking rules" im playing on an emulator, Gameloop. i talked to them and they told me to come here, what happened was the entire game goes black and the smokes dont even show nor the molotovs, gun effects entirely black, even my character is black i tried to take a screenshot and it only shows the entire screen black. i couldn't be able to take the screenshot. i talked with customer support about this already they said to increase the memory on gameloop, i even made it 8GB of Memory. i had it on automatic so is my processor, it still goes black to a point i cant even play, mountains dont show, trees dont show, not even buildings. today the blackness went away for like 5 hours. then when i came to push the enemy, blackness hit me again. they threw smokes and as you can guess it didnt show at all, so when i knocked one out he sweared at me and even called me a hacker. i swore to god i didn't cheat or use anything i even have proof that my game goes black. when i turned off my mic , boom. 2 months ban. anyone care to explain the reason the blackness comes from?
i run on a 2080 8Gb
processor I7-12th gen
32 gb ram

The black sky, ground and no molotovs and smoke not showing usually happens when when u try to put on a hack file like no grass, xray vision, etc but it fails.

If you think it is not you who did it then most probably someone else did that to your account if they know your login credentials

Bro try playing in emulator gameloop first then u will remove every word u just say

It's a common problem in direct x engine it was first in Nvidia cards now it's happening in both AMD and Nvidia, also some people complain about the same issues black elements in Cod Mobile in Gameloop
