Claiming Accoung Recovery
hey, ive been trying to get my account back, when i logged on in March after a long time not playing pubgm, instead of going into lobby, it directed me into character making, tried to claim an account recovery via app but i got notice 30400044 wich it goes "Please Claim Via your Regular Device" or something along the line, the problem is, my i already sold my regular device and its not like i havent played any PUBGM With my account in my new phone, tried Via GForms too but to no avvail, and i was told to claim it via app, so im in confused as hell state here, can someone tell me what to do ?
