high temp in CPU

hi. i noticed that my fans in my unit are unusually loud. i tried btop to check whats happening and i saw CPU temp as high as 95 degrees Celsius!!! i find this TOO HIGH. attaching btop results. my unit is just currently downloading steam games.

also, is there an app to manipulate TDP and other internals even if the unit is not running steam? thanks.
