I can't use the account recovery tool
Hello, I have a very strange problem, I was logging into my account via the official emulator gameloop and my device name was shown as ASUS NEXUS 5, and I changed a setting of the emulator, now my device is shown as XIAOMI 12T PRO, my account was stolen, I will send an account recovery request to my account but I get a security error, I cannot send an account recovery request, please help me, give me the right to create a request, I can answer all the questions correctly

so cant you login or is there something wrong with the account besides of its showing another device?
