account recovery (have proof of purchases and all previous account details)

I understand that it's not possible to unlink linked accounts in a single day. However, I left PUBG in 2022 and recently returned. When I tried to log back into my account, I found it empty. At first, I thought it was a bug, but after checking the ID, I discovered that my account name and flag had been changed to Jamaican.
I also found that my Gmail account had been deleted. I noticed someone had tried to access it, and although they failed initially, I was ultimately unable to recover it. Afterward, the Gmail account that was linked to PUBG was completely deleted.
In addition to that, my Twitter account (now X) was also unlinked from PUBG. However, I still have access to that Twitter account, if needed.
I can provide all transaction receipts from Midasbuy and Google Play, as well as the card details used, previous in-game nicknames, and anything else required to recover my account. Please let me know what information is needed.
