Indefinite Syncing Mods Issue: World Host

Loading screen is stuck on "Syncing Mods", no isues during start-up or during "Starting Server" as far as I can tell. There are three main errors in each of the two

.log

.log

files in this thread, but I am more inclined to believe the issue can be found in the server.logserver.log file. Quick help would be greatly appreciated as a friend and I are planning to play today (5/17/2025).
(Information regarding my pc_user, gpu, ram, and memory_usage have been redacted/changed to "-"s due to my personal policy regarding my privacy)
