My only suggestion is to have a slip on shoe that is a little bit more dressy than crocs, ex a loafer, birkenstock etc. Otherwise its a wardrobe that works

it can be hard to find a starting point from "wow okay i dislike my clothes and that is now a problem" but i think the best way is finding what you do like and then working towards that

I like y2k clothes like affliction but I cannot afford them rn I’ve mostly been getting t shirts from Walmart or graphic shirts from Tilly’s 2 for 30$
if you like those clothes then the way is to get better fitting ones - find a shirt that fits well, measure the shirt, then go on depop or ebay or your local thrift and find shirts you like with those measurements vs tag size
if you want to find other clothes that are cool, check out #waywt or #inspiration or whatnot and see what makes you say "woag that's cool"
yhe only other thing is adding accessories (hats, bags, sunglasses, jewelry etc) but that's a personal preference more than anything
