Electronics fan not turning on

Hello, I have the single large 24v electronics cooling fan. I placed the jumper on the right most set of pins to enable 24v and plugged the fan into the 3rd 2pin slot as shown in the pictures. My electronics cooling fan does not power on with the printer. Is this enabled in the settings or is something wired incorrectly? Thank you

Running the beacon calibration now and still not on while the bed is moving up and down.

time to troubleshoot (only you can as you are physically there). Possibilities * fan is broken * you plugged it into the wrong port * the board isn't putting out the correct power/voltage

Does the port I used seem correct? I will test the other options

that first photo is just an example of where to place jumpers for selecting the voltage

if you are using ratos, you should follow the wiring diagrams in the configurator

I am using Ratos. I have not seen any wiring diagrams in the configurator, can you point me towards those? I moved the connector to the 3rd from bottom plug shown in the most recent photo I sent and the fan is working now.

it should have wiring diagrams like this https://os.ratrig.com/docs/boards/btt/octopus-11#wiring
