Request for Manual Review
Hello,
I’m writing to appeal a recent permanent ban and HWID ban on my Valorant account. I was shocked to receive this penalty, as I have never used any form of cheats, third-party tools, or anything remotely suspicious that would violate the Terms of Service.
I believe this ban may have been triggered by a third party service for which I can vouch that it is not even remotely close to cheats.
I am a legitimate player and take competitive integrity very seriously. I respectfully request a manual review of my account and hardware to clarify this situation. I'm confident that a thorough investigation will show no involvement with any cheating software.
