Request for manual review and clarification of ban
Hey, I’m reaching out regarding my Valorant account, which was permanently suspended under Section 7 of the Terms of Use.
I would like to respectfully clarify that I have never used any kind of cheat, exploit, or third-party software on my account. My PC has never been formatted or altered, and I am fully willing to comply with any legal or technical inspection, including sharing my system and files to prove my innocence transparently.
I strongly believe that this punishment may have resulted from automated detection systems triggered by multiple false reports, rather than any actual rule-breaking. Recently, I’ve been playing significantly better, and some players may have mistaken my performance for cheating, which could have led to mass reports. This may have been interpreted by the system as boosting or smurfing, but I can confidently say that this is not the case.
To provide more context:
I’ve consistently played at Immortal and Immortal 3 ranks across multiple seasons.,,,
My matches show high headshot percentages, frequent MVPs, and overall strong performance, which are normal for a player at my level.,

I am also working towards an esports and streaming career, with a competitive background in CS:GO, and this account is incredibly valuable to me, both emotionally and financially. Losing it permanently would severely affect both my personal and professional progress.
I would also like to mention that I have already submitted 4 separate support tickets about this issue, but I have not received any meaningful response. In each case, the ticket was marked as resolved shortly after without any proper explanation or investigation. I am truly asking for your help now, and I kindly request a manual and detailed review of my match history — especially the recent ones that may have been flagged as suspicious. I am confident that such a review will clarify that no cheating or prohibited behavior took place.

If your concern is player reports I will say that you can request your data from valorant through the same ticket system and they will send you a file that’ll show you how many reports your account received. Trying to defend yourself blind is a lot harder than knowing what may have led to your suspension so if that’s the case knowing if you got mass reported may help although it may take a few weeks for them to send you the file
I will say, most people don’t cheat on knowingly and still get banned. For example you can technically get banned just for having cheat engine or maybe some VM software installed (not running), think about anything new that you changed or installed on your computer in the last weeks and maybe that’ll give you an idea

Pretty sure I already said my 2 cents but his posts is claiming he never cheated or had any software installed helping in his gameplay and that he’d be willing to share his system files to prove that.
Riot already has access to your log files upto the point you launch valorant, I don’t necessarily believe he cheated but it is entirely possible he downloaded something or got a virus that may have triggered Vanguard’s cheat detection that would’ve gotten him banned
I’ll be honest and say that Riot is pretty thorough when it comes to its investigations and although he might believe he never did anything i’m sure they have solid evidence that he did, even if he was unaware of it
Frankly there’s no way to appeal it if it’s a fact which it likely is if he already made a ticket about it
all I can say is be careful what you download and use even when you’re not playing valorant Vanguard can still flag you for using cheats in other games or using software that can can used for cheating even if it’s not its primary purpose
If you really want your account back you can go make it a big deal on tiktok and reddit and maybe some riot dev does a solid for u

I haven’t deleted or formatted anything on my computer. I’m fully open to any kind of inspection and willing to cooperate however needed. I kindly ask for a detailed investigation of my PC—I will do whatever it takes to help clarify the situation.
