Well yes. Follows from conservation of charge. If you consider the right plate of C1, which is connected with the left plates of C2 and C3, (take them as a single piece), then, it started off with net charge zero, so even after a battery is connected, the net charge on it must be zero. The amount of negative charge induced on the right plate of C1 will be equal to the amount of positive charge induced on the left plates of C2 and C3
