I play through Gameloop emulator, and my statistics clearly show fair gameplay. I’ve already submitted a support ticket (via email), but the issue remains unresolved after 3 working days. I respectfully request a full review or at least more specific information about the alleged violation.

Accounts are suspended for violating PUBG MOBILE's terms of service.
Please use the File Claim option when trying to log into your account if you want to appeal for your account suspension....

If your account is permanently suspended, you may also submit an Appeal request through the community support form.
