Hello PUBG MOBILE Support,
My account has been permanently banned, but I strongly believe it was a mistake. I have never used any third-party software, cheats, or violated the rules. I play through Gameloop emulator, and my statistics clearly show fair gameplay. I’ve already submitted a support ticket (via email), but the issue remains unresolved after 3 working days. I respectfully request a full review or at least more specific information about the alleged violation.
