cpu gets way hotter than in windows - way to enable power savings?

I tried bazzite on my testing setup. ( ryzen 7600x3d cooled with xilence M906, AMD 7800xt, WD black 850 8TB)
I checked idle in windows with steam, GOG, epic, TS running and the cpu is normally at ~50°C.
Same config, just bazzite installed and ideling without any installation or so, I am at ~75°C.
Is there any way to reduce the power consumption in bazzite?
even in idle the system is really loud like it isn´t even when playing in windows.
Is there a way to fix this?
