Maybe you doing buy and selling of pubg account that against the pubg policy
I got hacked and then the hacker sold my account
PUBG support is shit, I get more response from randoms and scammers than the actual support by miles
If you are real owner and have proof of ownership account will be recovered

I have and it was declined, then I emailed support like you guys said, and they responded with the screenshot above after asking heaps of verifications, and I have no idea what they mean in their response
If your request on the sheet and the in-game recovery tools are both rejected, then you need to reach out to the in-game customer service directly if you still require assistance.
Please note that your ticket will be declined if you are unable to accurately provide all the information that the form requested from you, or that it does not match with what they have. In this case, you will have to cross-check and keep trying.

same here support aint responding and getting numbers of requests regarding information to help
