Permanent ban (Riot has no empathy at all)

I've been a dedicated player of Valorant since beta and have supported the project for almost five years. During this time, I have invested a lot of time, money and effort into account development, attracted new players and tried to do everything possible to promote and improve the game.
Unfortunately, my personal account was recently banned, and I was faced with the fact that I was denied the opportunity to prove my innocence or receive specific explanations about the reason for the blocking. In response, I receive the same messages stating that the situation has already been addressed in another request, and the lock remains in effect without any logs or evidence.
As I said in all of my tickets, I don't have HWID ban, I never used cheats/scripts/hacks. Also I was at work when someone got access to my account and my account got banned.
I always play from the same location and PC, also I don't have any HWID ban, I'm fully innocent . I know they can check that, they can check mine IP and HWID and compare with the person who played, also they can compare to my old games, but they did nothing.
I would like to point out that in more than 30 of my requests, the developers have never offered help or a chance to prove their innocence. Instead, there is constant talk of an alleged "investigation," which, in fact, never happened. This causes a feeling of complete disregard for my questions and the situation in general.
In addition, I asked them questions about smurf accounts, boosters, the possibility of refunding the money spent, and even a gift to another account. However, without reading my messages and referring only to previous requests, they completely ignore all my questions and requests. This creates a feeling of complete disregard for my situation and a lack of desire to help.
I sincerely hope for the opportunity to understand the situation and get at least minimal feedback or help.

I just got the same thing happening me, i think its my VPN i use for work and im HWID banned
my girlfriends account is banned too so im iust trying to unban her at least, but keep getting automated replies....

As I said before, I was at work when my account was banned. I didn't use vpn or anything

it says 3rd party software and all i got that fits when i Google it is vpn which i use for work
i also use steelseries moments to make clips incase thats a 3rd party software?
I could see getting banned over a VPN but I don’t understand how that relates to you unless she shares the same vpn IP

Yeah in there eyes they pull the data from your computer so they don’t need whatever proof you give
will it make a diff if a ticket is made from her device

although ticket #113327535 does not answer all my questions.

I played today on my alt on asc lobbies, I was like 21-2 and enemies and even my teammates were crying because "he's cheater he's cheater report him".
That's how I spoil other people's mood and impression of the game because I'm above
but the difference between a smurf and booster is the same difference between a whor and prostitution

it’s a different category and a bot answers it since by law they have to release it to you lol

just imagine, a person can come home from work and it doesn't matter if I'm a smurf or a booster for him, the enemy runs around with a win rate of 80 and kills everyone, he just stops playing because he doesn't enjoy the game.

I did, I said that my account was compromised, check IP, check HWID, I can prove my residence, everything, logs from Vanguard. But all I got
"This account was banned for cheats" they don't care if it was me or not
just the fact that cheats were used on THIS account

The worst thing that I've played since beta, I involved a lot of players into this game, spend almost 3000 $ and my friends also, someone spend more
