Banned for playing with a random that was cheating

The screenshot of some recent games were this cheater's games (I literally can't tell he was cheating just from that)
The third is the amount of games I played with this person, my KD, and how many games I played this act (16 out of my 85 games are played with this person)

There is literally a LFG channel in this discord, so clearly riot endorses teaming up and finding gaming buddies. I add someone from solo queue because he plays good, turns out brother is a closet cheater. I carry this man (sort of but he played well too) while ranking up myself, and BOOM I am banned for 6 months because I played with a random for like 16 games (mind you its 16 games played not 16 games won) and it accounted for like what 20% of my elo gain perhaps? And somehow I am supposed to know he was closet cheating? ridiculous, absolutely ridiculous

If ANYONE thinks I'm lying about not knowing and me adding him from solo queue, I literally need to prove NOTHING as admins/devs who see this post (if I am lucky) have access to all logs and see I literally added this guy from summary menu after meeting him in a solo queued match.
