[KIAI-395] Members' roles are not assigned the way they should be
I was using anothe bot before it went offline and I switched this one. Thanks, it was a life safer. I managed to successfully transfer the date from that bot to this one.
I've noticed that members hit lvl 10 or 20 and are still stuck with a reward role lower than their actual level
can someone help me understand why that's been happening?

If this is an issue in your server, make sure you've included your server's ID (This can be found on the
/ping command), as well as which users are having this issue.

Would you be able to tell me if they get the new role and keep the old role or do they not receive any roles at all?

They do receive roles but not the roles they're supposed to
says milk is on lvl 14 while he's got the lvl 5 role

Heya @Lovova while we cannot solve this issue currently, this user should be assigned the correct role on their next level up as it appears as if they went straight from level 7 to 14.

I do not know actually, you are free to try it however i cannot say it will or will not work.

It should remove it from him, however if you do the rewards sync role again it will remove the one you assigned.

synched it but they still haven't received their roles
