Unable to sudo yum any packages or updates

when i tried to install a few programs and update my version of bazzite i got a message saying that i have my "bootc system" configured to read-only, i also tried this in root and it did nothing, i tried looking for any doccumentation online and couldnt find any, please help as there is some pacakges i want to install that are not avaliable via rpm-ostree or flatpak.
