My Account Was Stolen Using File Claim Method
Hi I Am Starzzz, I stream PUBGM on TT. I have a small following of almost 2k people. My Account was stolen after i went to sea as a US Navy Active duty. I have had the account since august of 2024 when a friend who stopped playing pubg passed it down to me. I have spent about 7-10k on this game since i got the account. How i know my account was stolen is my gf who was my standing partner texted me asking me why i deleted her, i could not have because im at sea and really unable to play the game. Later that day she sent a screenshot of the account name changed. These guys think they are smart the hid popularity and career results so i cant see i to the profile and see who they are playing with. They even change the name frequently to throw me off but i am keeping keen tabs on my account. But my guess is they have been targeting me for the longest time and watching my streams and see what i do and who i play with to gather information on my account. I submitted a request and hopefully i get approved with all the information i sent. I have sent receipts in a screen recording dating back to 8/8/2024 also i really would like a thorough investigation into my account and if my previous owner (my friend) needs to come onboard with information i can surely get her to come and assist and give whatever information she can

In game if i try to file a claim it tell me i have to wait also a 3 month period i am trying to time the period and submit a claim as soon as it opens up
