I found fix
Open up Fortnite folder where the game is installed, Fortnite/FortniteGame/Content/Paks
When u reach that folder, sort it by TYPE, and locate all the PAK files, delete all of THEM.
Then go to your Heroic launcher, manage fortnite and verify your files, should work afterwards.
