What if we made the DEFINITIVE version of an roblox client resource pack? - Roblox Forum
no seriously, one that improves the ROBLOX client experience as a whole. I can do it, and suggest me textures that you want to be in this texture pack? (note: must be the same setting, but doesn't have to be very close to the original texture (Example: a skybox with a blue sky and clouds.) Please note that I might also ask the original creator (unless your the og creator). Or just make it consistent to the look (this is a more simple explanation)
You can also put sounds, icons, and more!
If you want to make a texture for this pack, most of textures are in:
(most of the folders are in the game client, sorry if confusing)
the game client (this is for windows users, since I use windows) C:\Users(youruseraccount)\AppData\Local\Roblox\Versions\version-(may take a few tries to find the ACTUAL ROBLOX Game Client, and do not use ROBLOX Studio even if the textures reassemble the ROBLOX Player's one. We want it to be consistent)
ROBLOX Materials (for now since new textures are coming to the masses) PlatformContent\pc\textures
ROBLOX Terrain Files (oooh, normal maps.) PlatformContent\pc\terrain
ROBLOX Sounds, Fonts
Fonts: PlatformContent\pc\fonts
Fonts 2: content\fonts
Sounds: (quick way to replace the death sound!) content\sounds
ROBLOX Shaders (so wait, WE CAN ADD OUR OWN LIGHTING?) shaders
Extra content??? (but hey, we can make the player models look like a monstrosity!): ExtraContent
