Winecfg not opening in my computer

Whenever i click Winecfg, it loads annothing opens. Logs just say it is trying to open it (even in verbose mode) but it doesn't print the reason why it was never open...

Solution

Fixed. Had to:

Enable UMU launcher, run winecfg change everything needed change, and then disable it.

It is called title cause i was tesint and got lazy to rename it everytime but it is Ragnarok Online (LATAM)

It was working until today, then i figured i should upgrade heroic and redo the configs (everyone else that tries to run this on linux got it working) but then i cant open winecfg (it needs to be set to run under win7)

try running the game once to setup the prefix

apparently i'm also getting rate timited by github for some reason (no idea why) so i cant install another proton version. But i will try your suggestions in a bit
