I used to be a Valorant content creator until Vanguard banned me due to a false positive. I’ve submitted countless tickets and no one cares — all I get are automated responses.
I have a program on my PC that I use for work, and it led to a permanent ban on an account I’ve had since the Beta. I’ve never used hacks — quite the opposite, I’ve reported many cheaters and even criticized them in my many TikTok livestreams that exposed this type of content.
And just to add: I was doing terribly in most matches — constantly going negative and losing almost every game. I’ve never seen a hacker derank so hard and play that badly...
I gave up playing the game because, unfortunately, the only way to come back would be to change my PC, since the ban is hardware-based. This even caused bans on accounts that belonged to my friends — I tried logging into their accounts to test, and they were instantly banned too.
If there’s any way you can help, I’d really appreciate it.

The only 'suspicious' program I had on my PC was RDP Wrapper, which I used for work—and sometimes even Windows itself would trigger it. Other than that, there was nothing on my system that could have caused this.
RDP Wrapper is a tool that enables multiple remote desktop sessions on Windows by unlocking the system's built-in RDP features without modifying system files.

Some of those programs — like Sandboxie, Macro Recorder, and AutoHotkey — were installed on my PC, but they weren’t running while I was playing. Could that have been the reason? Is there any chance they’ll review it and realize I wasn’t cheating, just had a program that got flagged by mistake? I really wish there was a way to prove it, but they don’t even give you a chance. did you play valorant, get off, run something and then when you got backed on you were banned?
vgc by default is usually in startup programs so even without valorant running its monitoring your pc
a lot of it is situational tbh
So, here’s what actually happened... One day I was playing normally, and the next day—out of nowhere—I started getting that UEFI-related error, you know? (windows 10 UEFI mode)
I tried to fix it, but the only solution for me was formatting the PC. On that same day, I wanted to test if the issue was resolved, so I tried launching the game—and that’s when I found out I was banned.
Then I tried logging into a friend’s account to double-check, and that one got banned too.
And that’s how it all went down...

well if youre getting accounts banned just by logging into them then its likely you have something installed thats triggering it
cheats for other games maybe
if you dont know what it is your best bet might just be resetting ur pc and starting with a fresh install of windows and just downloading the essentials

Yeah, i already did this...
Now I’ve already uninstalled the game, because I know that if I log into any account, it’ll get instantly banned. So I’m only going to risk testing it again once I buy a new motherboard—which I actually need anyway. And even then, there’s still a chance I might keep getting banned.
hardware bans are a lil more advanced now a days so replacing one part doesnt usually work anymore
