I recently recovered via Account Recovery my account and I provided a compromised email and now I lost my account again and cant fill another claim for 3 months😭😭

So currently I am using my new device which I didnt use when I filled that claim and got approved so this is why Im asking this
Do I really need to fill that google form from the “trusted” device for the game account in question? Or the claim will be approved even if I fill it from my new device and just answer those questions + purchases yk?

And how long does it take to get their decision via email?
You can fill out the form in any device. Google Forms do not have access to device information. Just make sure to answer questions accurately and provide whatever proof you have.
You can expect to receive a response within 7 working days.

Why is an account ineligible for check?
This mean you should first try the in-game tool. if they didn't solve your problem, use the form method.
So in my case since I cant fill a claim in game for 3 months will the form help me recover the account?
Open the game from the device you use always, logout if you are using new account. and make sure you remember your new account login info. then tap on Help then click on this option. and follow the steps after that.

But I cant fill another claim in game for 3 months…
If you have already submitted a request from https://pubgmobile.live/support you can just wait for the results. I am not sure if the results email will be sent to the Google account you filled out the form with or the one you submitted to be linked. As long as you have access to both accounts it shouldn't be a problem, just keep an eye on both. Checking the status spreadsheet is the most convenient way if you ask me!
You can still submit a request through the community support form even if you can't do it in-game. If your request gets accepted you will get access back to your account.
If your request gets rejected or is ineligible, you will need to contact the in-game customer service for assistance.
For now, all you can do is to wait for the results. Hopefully you'll get good news!

Also, I had to make a record for my account purchases and I took screenshots for 10 purchases from midasbuy and saved them in my gallery and recorded each picture. Is it ok the way I showed the purchases if I saved the screenshots in the gallery and just showed them on the record?
That is up to you. It should be fine as long as you recorded them all in the same video.
Is there any limit for this way of recovering accounts?

I literally gave everything they asked for and is true + I told them some dates when I did big changes on the account, such as upgrading glacier and stuff like that…..
