No Fedora boot entry in BIOS

Hey, I need help with what commands I need to utilize in order to repair my boot option to boot into grub. I just changed motherboards, and on this new motherboard, the bios does not recognize the "fedora" UEFI entry to boot into Bazzite's grub menu like it did before. I can utilize the "Supergrub2" utility from a Ventoy USB to detect the bazzite install and boot into the grub menu (and into Bazzite) from there, but I'd like to get that UEFI entry back into the BIOS choice menu. Right now, it only sees the Windows Boot loader (I dual boot). I suspect that when I changed motherboards, Windows did a self-repair and took away the Fedora entry, but I'm not positive. What do I need to do in order to get that choice back in my BIOS? I've been scouring the internet and cannot find what I need.
