LibreOffice no longer in dark theme, even when manually setting the app to dark mode

My system is set to a dark theme, but after opening LibeOffice for the first time in a while, it is completely ignoring that selection. Even when I go to the app's options and manually set it to dark theme, it stays in the light theme without changing anything. It is also using the GTK filepicker rather than the KDE filepicker, but not sure if that's related. Would like to at least get the app back to dark mode, with the filepicker thing solved as a bonus.
