After upgrading GPU from 6750XT to 9070XT, video glitches make the OS unusable

Yesterday I received the 9070XT, swapped out the old GPU, updated the drivers in Windows 11, and then booted into Bazzite. And that’s where the problem started.

The OS boots up just fine and brings me to the login screen asking for my password. Once entered, and after logging into the desktop environment, the screen starts glitching horribly, making everything unusable.

I've attached some pictures at the bottom.

What I've tried so far:

Switched video cable (from HDMI to DisplayPort – no change)

Tried a different monitor

Tried booting directly into Bazzite

I’d like to point out that I had no issues at all on Windows 11 after changing the GPU – it works perfectly there.

My biggest concern is that I have 45 hours in Expedition 33 (Steam), and I really don’t want to lose my progress.

My PC specs if needed:
I7-13TH KF
RX 9070 XT
16gb ram
MB: MSI B760 gaming plus
Bazzite ssd: Crucial P5 Plus 2TB (on MB)
Win11: Kingston 1TB (on MB)

I also found a post on Reddit where another user had the exact same issue and solved it by doing a clean reinstall of Bazzite. (I'll leave the link here for convenience.)

I cannot currently view Bazzite's version for obvious reasons. In any case, the iso was downloaded from the official site on June 5.

Looking forward to your advice – I’m honestly desperate at this point.

Solution
issue with 9070 XT
set the display settings color accuracy to prefer efficency instead of accuracy (bit hard to do that when the screen looks like that for you though)
