Hello, I have a problem, I put money into my accounts but I receive a ban message for using third-party tools each time, even though I don't use anything, each time I can recreate an account and play but I receive a ban message 2 months later, it's annoying because it blocks my progress and makes me spend money for nothing. I would like to contact an employee or staff of the Valorant team to resolve this problem.
