Banned permanently for someone else's actions, can anyone help?

This is the story of a player who gave years of his life to Valorant, only to lose everything without a chance to prove his innocence.
I’ve been playing Valorant since the closed beta and have been a part of community from the very beggining. Over the years:
- I reported bugs and sent logs to help improve the game;
- I invited a lot of friends to Valorant community;
- Spent over $5000 on in-game content (a lot of money for me);
- Never used cheats or violated the rules. Never.
On April 21st, I came home from work and I saw that my personal account got permanent suspension for using third-party software, BUT I wasn’t even logged in at that time. I was at work. The IP address and HWID linked to the ban are not mine. It looks like someone got access my account without my knowledge. Unfortunately, I had 2FA turned off. After ban, I immediately turned on 2FA and changed my password. I didn't receive HWID ban and after ban, I played on my 2nd account freely.
Since then, I've submitted almost 50 support tickets , offered to check my PC in any way possible, check my documents, prove my identity, to roll back Windows to prove my system is clean, just do everything needed to prove my innocence, but every time, I got the same response from Riot:
"Hello, this case was already reviewed in ticket #113327535"
I’m asking for a fair re-check by someone who can look at this with fresh eyes, especially because the violation was committed by third person, not me.
Valorant has been more than just a game to me, it’s been part of my life. I feel unseen, like the system only sees a case, not a real person.

It's not just an account, it's about years of life invested in the game, emotions, passion. I still support Valorant and want to be a part of it. I hope I can find a truly human solution.
Yes I'm a player, but first of all, I am human, the same person like all of us, who simply enjoyed the game, invested a huge amount of money, emotions and time, and in the end I lost everything through no fault of my own.
If anyone here has a connection to moderators, Riot staff, or knows how to get attention from the right people, I would be truly grateful if you could help share my story.
