Tomb Raider I-III Remastered Starring Lara Croft Steam Deck Overlay Issue
The overlay on my steam deck breaks regularly when trying to play this game especially after attempting the close the game. I press the steam or ... buttons and hear the sound of it opening or closing but nothing shows up, the hotkeys don't work (open keyboard or force quit) and there is no way to exit other than holding down the power button. I had the overlay break once during general use but managed to bring it back by pressing the keyboard shortcut however when I try to close the game it completely breaks. I did successfully install the gold edition mod with upgraded textures if that helps.
Other than this issue the game works fine so I am not sure what's going on and it's a hard issue to search for.

you can either use a custom umu build from their repo, wait for a future release, or disable umu (though this last option is not recommended)
