Bridge execution failed issue

I am getting bridge execution failed issue. It is showing: Unable to reach Bridge Endpoint at

http://localhost:3000/v1/environments/68622aaebde7ee7ba189e1f4/bridge

http://localhost:3000/v1/environments/68622aaebde7ee7ba189e1f4/bridge

but the api is showing a fine response to me.

Not sure what is happening. It was working fine earlier.
