Bridge execution failed

Hey! I’m self-hosting Novu and I’m running into two issues:

1. The bridge keeps failing with the error “bridge execution failed.”

1. I also randomly see an e.filter is not a function error popup.

I’ve attached the screenshot as well. Could someone guide me on what might be causing this or what I should check?
