someone please help with vgc not starting with error van 79

ive tried almost everything i could find online and still the only way it is able to start is when i reinstal vanguard, then i restart my pc to be able to launch valo and its automatically on manual and not starting

You could try opening cmd and type
sc start vgc
Then open the game and see if it works
