Blocked by Cloudflare on almost every single CF-enabled platform
I do very basic development work and have a very clean ISP record. A few days ago, my laptop was completely gated from accessing Cloudflare-secured 3rd party software logins across the web. It's either ridiculously long/slow to load, or it never permits me to bypass. Sometimes, an Incognito tab or a restart works well, but this is not browser-dependent. No crazy firewall or antivirus setup. Basically tried all the Reddit forum suggestions to no avail. Am I being IP-restricted? How can I solve this? VPNs don't even work properly on my machine. No proxies are in place. Some quick network dev help might find something I can't.

We can't really help with that, except to offer the same debugging tips you've already tried.
One more perhaps: Is the time on your machine accurate? Have a look at https://time.is
Does it work on other devices (e.g. a phone) connected to the same network? Also FYI, you are not completely blocked from accessing services behind Cloudflare, since Discord is also behind cloudflare 🙂
@zegevlier My phone works extremely smooth. Time is confirmed automatically device-synced and on par with your resource.

I just checked my shared IPv6 on Talos. It says listed on 1 blocklist - pbl.spamhaus.org. Poor sender IP reputation.
Just diagnosed on phantom Firefox, it's a browser level issue. IP is fine despite the Talos nugget.
Could you try in an incognito tab?
