Steam launch options equivalent for Heroic

hello. I m trying to launch a game with heroic, it's a non steam game. it works ok while launching it from steam with this launcher options:

So, i'm trying to launch it now using heroic but i can't seem to make it work. i have created a .sh file where I'm doing the following:

Then add this script to heroic under GAME > ADVANCED > SCRIPTS > Script to run before game is launched but I think the connection is not established. I've looked in the logs and I think that script is not being executed

Your Steam log seems to end right as it got interesting (add

WINEDEBUG=+timestamp

WINEDEBUG=+timestamp

WINEDEBUG=+timestamp

WINEDEBUG=+timestamp to make it less verbose), but it seems

-USEEOS=0

-USEEOS=0

-USEEOS=0

-USEEOS=0 is also added as a parameter there

You don't want to use a pre-launch script for this. Specify your script as a wrapper, it'll then get the launch command (

%command%

%command%

in Steam) passed to it as arguments (I believe it's "$@""$@" in Bash)

What exactly are you trying to do to begin with? I assume you already have a server running for the game before launching it?

So, the game has a launcher that i run with Faugus launcher. I can't start directly the game from that launcher cause it throws an EAC error. some community players of the game have found this workaround with steam. I add the game as a non steam game, pass that LauncherTetherPort that if i understood correctly establish the connection between the game launcher and the client.

So what I would like to do, is to run this LauncherTetherPort thing with Heroic instead of Steam if possible.

Your original command from Steam passes LauncherTetherPort=1234LauncherTetherPort=1234 (12341234 being a standin for the port), this script just passes 12341234

yea, i do not really know bash. i would've assumed that is a variable (LauncherTetherPortLauncherTetherPort) where it assigns all that stuff (ss -ulpn bla bla). I did manage I think to correct the script

You also added DXVK_FRAME_RATE=60DXVK_FRAME_RATE=60 to the arguments, which is an environment variable and won't do anything like this
