App Seemingly Freezing (or ignoring inputs)

So I've had this issue since the last update my system has done - This link seems to have good info for those using gnome latest + Mutter

Not sure if the devs can do something but im sure im not the only one affected by this

While playing a game some or all of my apps will freeze except gnome, just like the issue above

is 48.1 the affected version? I know 48.3 is listed in the reddit post but clearly it's still happening for me and now im wondering if my system packages aren't up to date with bazzite's image

If same issue, still borked for me on silverblue-nvidia:42. Maybe the reboot into the newer mutter* will resolve this but I'm not optimistic. Display issues for weeks now since upgrade to 42

is it bad I am relieved im not the only one having the issue still? Sadly I haven't resolved the issue but it actually only happened once since this post. Not sure if it was a weird update missing?
