Super Meat Boy Audio Issues
I recently got my Steam Deck and was excited to jump into Super Meat Boy, but I’ve noticed that the audio occasionally becomes distorted and unusually high-pitched without any clear trigger. I’ve attached my log file in case it helps with troubleshooting.

maybe try with ge-proton instead of proton
also make sure to enable verbose logs in the game's settings when sharing logs
