Any reason I can't seem to get the Anaconda GUI to popup during install?
Losing my mind here, I have followed several different tutorials from start to finish and have reset my PC to factory twice. Following https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JxPsKhJGTrs&t=550s I do not get a GUI in the installer. I recieve the error "X or Window manager startup failed, falling back to text mode".
I have been following this guide exactly from a fresh install, all Windows and Asus updates run.
Specs:
Asus G14 (2025)
GA403WR-G14.R95070TI
GTX 5070TI
Ryzen AI 9 HX
I am using the Bazzite Laptop Asus iso + 16GB Adata USB 3.0 thumbdrive.
Any help is appreciated, have been working on this for 2 days since a Fedora Workstation install worked following Asus-Linux guides, but there was so much tweaking needed that I wanted a more gaming streamlined distro.

Fully fixed by selecting the troubleshoot option when installing, and then selecting option 1 for booting with the basic graphical interface.. hope this helps others, what a pita! ❤️
