How to remove the secondary verification
I got an email that somebody changed my phone number in my PUBG account then I went to login in my account then I seen this text but I don’t have any backup codes or recovery account I went to do recovery for my account but the already disabled my device so it’s tells me that PUBG security team has been restricted my device so I can’t do recovery either then I said I have 7 days I have to hurry up and email the PUBG support team but nobody answer please help me PUBG security team to unlink the phone number and the secondary verification I only have 7 days he gonna changed it anybody esle that could help me it’s my own account PUBG support team trust me

I have tried didn’t work declined my claim un regular device

Try on your regular device on which you play the most or more than 15 days
Only I ipayed in. One because I bought it from somebody a few days go so it keep declining

Account trading is against the tos. You got screwed over, nothing you can do about.
