Strange artefacts on VFA tower

Hi! Just assembled my 500 hybrid v core 4, doing fine tuning setup right now. Input shaper graphs show max accel on Y 5000 accel. In slicer outer layer is 4500, normal printing 10k, first layer 500 (got values from bambulab X1C). Max volumetric tested only to 34 cubic mm, and extruded that perfectly fine (CHT hardened nozzle). Speed for outer walls lowered to 140mm/s. My prints still look like 💩. While doing the vfa tower, what material i didn’t use, I get same artefacts. Maybe someone has an idea what could be wrong?
