Bug in implementing OpenRGB?

I have tried installing OpenRGB using the terminal, flatpak via Warehouse and OpenRGB and appimage from OpenRGB. The terminal and appimage verions allow me to set up my case with audio output detected to control the rgbs but neither detect my usb peripherals. The flatpak versions detect my usb peripherals but not my audio output. I've noticed there is a difference in versions between each install. Could we have the terminal version updated to a new version (it's older than the flatpak version) that detects both usb peripherals and audio so that I can make the most of the app? If it's not a bug, some pointers at fixing any version (maybe there is another version I have not tried) so that I can use both usb peripherals and audio output simultaneously would be most appreciated. I have tried the tech help on the OpenRGB discord and they seem equally stumped. Thank you.

I would strongly suggest that my issues were down to how OpenRGB is implemented in Bazzite. I spent hours troubleshooting this in Bazzite, but after switching to Fedora I got it working within minutes. I will leave this open as a bug report as it really needs looking into.
