Dear PUBG Mobile and their customer service team, thank you for your continued assistance regarding my account issue but I'm still not able to access my account since 22/06/2025. I submit customer support forum with accurate answer in resultant i got the status #Na.
I also mail service@pubgmobile.com tons of time but each time i got the same copy/paste reply. I have lost my account access since 22/06/2025 the PUBG Mobile specialists have washed my all links include Facebook, Google, & Mail on hacker demand. I'm unable to access even i have all my social links as i try it started with new account. The hacker had made a successful application for recovery on my account and gain the fully access And I'm unable to access as I'm owner of my this account. I request PUBG Mobile and their customer service team to review my case manually. I appeal for another opportunity so, i can prove myself and verify the real ownership of this account. I have all the proves & necessary documents. I have payment receipt for more than 1 year on my Midasbuy account which i only see for a year, even i made from many years.
I hope my request shall be taken seriously & be reviewed attentively.

If your request on the sheet and the in-game recovery tools are both rejected, then you need to reach out to the in-game customer service directly if you still require assistance.
Please note that your ticket will be declined if you are unable to accurately provide all the information that the form requested from you, or that it does not match with what they have. In this case, you will have to cross-check and keep trying....

same issue my account lost but email customer service no response
Actually they respond each and every time unfortunately it's cool down period at my account by system.
