something is really weird, you are downloading saves for Control but the error mentions Quake II RTX
share the logs
To help you, we need a game log. Please see the following images on how to get it.
They've specified
~/Games/Heroic/ as the save folder location. Any weirdness following that is a symptom rather than a causeambitious-aquaOP•2mo ago

Don't override the save path, use what Heroic auto-detects (you might have to retry computing the path a few times)
