Idex Preheat Tool before actual printing movements
Is there a way to preheat the tool before it is actually used? I always have to wait (around 15-30secs) till the hotend reaches the desired temperature (coming up from the standby temperature) and continues printing.
Is there a available macro or maybe a script to sort this out?
