False Banned On Valorant please help
Yesterday I was playing valorant carefree as I have for more than 2 years and what came to happen was very disheartening, mid competitive match I had thought my game crashed but when that happened I got the message stating that I broke rules under section 7 of terms of service which was shocking and then when I saw the account locked screen which also stated that my account which had 7000 vp as well as premium skins was permanently suspended I was really shocked and didn’t know what to do, I have never used yet even thought of using any “third party software” that would pose unfair play I have always used razer synapse to monitor my razer viper ultimate mouse’s battery and sensitivity no macros ever used, secondly valorant tracker to see stats and view other players ranks in a competitive match and lastly the armoury crate which is a software that came with my laptop a ROG Strix G15 these three were running in the background whenever I turned my laptop on for anything and I had no ban or restriction of any kind for any game in the past 2 years till yesterday. I have been falsely banned and am I trying to seek help and how I found out I was HWID banned was after looking at that message I tried a new account which showed error code 152 and banned that account as well. I am innocent I will try to provide as much answers again I play on a laptop I dont even use a pc I never thought of using any sort of third party software.
