Audio transcription for WhatsApp not working

I think it's a bug, because it works on the web and not on WhatsApp.
When I try to use the OpenAI audio transcription integration. It's not working and gives this error below:
Unknown WhatsApp error: BadRequestError: 400 Unrecognized file format. Supported formats: [‘flac’, ‘m4a’, ‘mp3’, ‘mp4’, ‘mpeg’, ‘mpga’, ‘oga’, ‘ogg’, ‘wav’, ‘webm’]
Can anyone help me please?
