compose is weirdly missing

Hi again.. somehow I don't have a Compose backend? and the ujust command for setting up compose I remember using ages ago doesn't seem to exist anymore. how would I go about getting docker compose back?

there is also podman quadlet which you are "supposed to use"
(you can convert compose files)
